Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge 57 Digi Doodle Shop

Posted by Picasa
Happy Belated 4th of July! I hope you all had a safe holiday and are ready to be crafty again this week. We have another wonderful sketch for Sweet Sketch Wednesday. Our sponsor this week is Digi Doodle Shop and they have such darling images. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate. I love this image; it's called Lady Bug. I used my Zig H2O water brush to color it using my Sweetberry Ink Dye Pads (aspen, ivy, raven, maraschino, velvet) and Create-A-Finish Shading Cake Kit (dark brown, light brown, red, purple, and peach). The papers came from a few sources. The cream cardstock is from The Paper Company's "Seaside" pack and the red is from DCWV The Cardstock Stack. The printed papers come from The Paper Studio All Seasons Paper Pack. The ribbon came from Jo-Ann's and I also used my Distress Ink pad (brushed corduroy) to give it an aged look. Hope you enjoy and have fun creating!
