Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge 62 - Pixie Dust Studio

I can't believe it's already the 2nd week in August! It's only one more week of summer for me. I've been really busy getting ready for the new school year to start and teach a new grade (Yikes!)...but I was still able to get a card made. Our sponsor this week is Pixie Dust Studio. Kathy is offering two digi's of your choice to the winner of this week's challenge.

We have another great sketch this week from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. It was so fun!

Now, I know you might think I've gone a little crazy making a 4th of July card a month late, but I really loved this image. This is Uncle Sam. I thought he was super cute! I used my Copics (R29, C3, C1, 100, 0, W5, E29, B29, Y15, and E00) to color him. The DPs come from The Paper Studio - All Seasons pack and the cardstock is from DCWV The Cardstock Stack. The ribbon was found at Michael's and the red embellishments are Martha Stewart stickers. The star also came from The Paper Studio - All Seasons pack.

  5. It's fantastic Erika!! The papers are amazing as is the ribbon. My sister is still trying to secure her teaching job for September. The good old recession hit education here in Ireland and she's been school hopping for four years now. Not fun. But at least she's home with us every summer. Always a bright side eh??
